Dining at the Bauern Stueberl

Our dining room, now with air conditioning, called the "Bauern Stüberl" offers a full breakfast and dinner. The style offers relaxation and good discussion after the exciting events of your day.

The Owner, an Austrian Chef offers you a limited selection of marvelous Canadian and European dishes. Reservations are preferred. We are licensed for beer and wine. The wine list is extensive, wines from Europe, Australia, Chile, California and of course Canada.

Served on our home-made bread with cream cheese rolled in ground hazelnuts

breaded "pork-cutlet" served with parsley potatoes

pork-tenderloin sautéed and braised in a mushroom-sauce, topped with spatzli and mozzarella cheese
