Our establishment is rated as a 3 STAR Bed&Breakfast/Inn and is listed in several Automobile Club's, Frommers and Marco Polo Guides.

We also achieved high ratings in Environmentally Friendly Hotels and Stewardship in Green Initiatives.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels his booking 3 days or 72 hours before his arrival we will refund the full amount of his deposit.
if the customer cancels his booking within 3 days or 72 hours before his arrival we will charge the customer a 10% handling fee of the full amount of his booking.
If the customer cancels his booking on the same day of his arrival and AFTER 6 P.M. we will charge the customer 50% of the full amount of his booking.
If the customer made a booking and guaranteed his arrival by deposit or credit card and DOES NOT SHOW by 12 midnight (m.t.) on his arrival date and did not call or notify us in any way we will keep his full deposit or charge his credit card for the FULL AMOUNT of his booking.

Accommodation

We are a 4 unit bed and breakfast with its European touch, smoke free and is environmentally friendly. All units have private bath's (bath/shower) and are spacious.

On the first floor we have two - 1 BED ROOM SUITE's, fully self contained with private entrance, full kitchen, dining room and living room with pull-out couch, TV/DVD.

Besides our spectacular views from each room we have large grounds with nature trails, picnic area and barbeque. We also have our own access to the river front right at our door.

We have a common sitting room with Satellite TV, VCR, books, board games, magazines and local information from our area.

Green Initiatives

In each of our rooms we only use environmentally friendly soaps and shampoos with bulk dispensers. Composting buckets are in each room. To conserve energy consumption we use low watt lighting and ceiling fans instead of air conditioning.
